QF Manual Blastgate

Nordfab® Ducting's Quick-Fit® Manual Blast Gates allow manual operation and are constructed of galvanized, aluminum, stainless and stainless+ with optional no. 4 finish materials. Cast aluminum body with standard QF connection unless otherwise specified. Other sizes available upon request.

Notes:

• 3" - 24" have QF ends for easy connection to Quick-Fit ductwork
• 26" - 30" have flanged ends
• Body and blade are 12ga

Nordfab's® manual blastgates feature a compact, easy-to-operate design and are constructed of galvanized, aluminum, stainless or stainless+ with optional no. 4 finish materials with a sealing device that minimizes air loss and friction during the operation process. Other sizes are available upon request.

Construction:

• Blade and body: 18 gauge
• Collars: Located on the exterior side of each port and considered as air flow non-directional. Collars have a laser welded longitudinal seam (exception: 3" collars are lapped, spot welded, and caulked.) Collars are spot welded to body.
• Handles: 1018 carbon steel Powder Coated
• Ends: Standard QF® end can be changed to Raw ID (RAWID), Raw OD (RAWOD), No Fitting (NF), Hose Adapter (RAWFLEX), Flat Flange (FFL), Angle Flange (ANGFL), or Van Stone (VANSTONE)

NFES Automatic Blast Gate

Nordfab® Automatic Blast Gates are utilized as energy saving devices in industrial dust extraction applications where continual extraction is not required and where manual control needs to be eliminated. NFES Auto Blast Gates feature laser welded seams - rolled ends and are operated by double-acting compressed air cylinders. The cylinders are controlled by electrically-connected solenoid to machines or a remote switch. Blast gates are constructed of galvanized or stainless steel metals. A special sealing device reduces air loss and friction in operation. 120V control circuit and 75psi minimum air pressure. Optional 24V DC or AC control circuit available.
