3220 Branch

Duct Branches manufactured by Nordfab are made available in galvanized and stainless steel materials. They feature laser welded seams and rolled ends, and are designed as standard 30° Branches. 45° is available upon request.

Notes:

• Designate A, B, C.
• Branch priced by “A” dimension.
• Above 24” available only in flange (The price of an angle flange will be added to all flanged ends.)

Construction:

• Seam: longitudinal seam is lapped, spot welded, and caulked
• Collars: located on the exterior side of each port and considered as air flow non-directional. Collars have a laser welded longitudinal seam (exception: 3” collars are lapped, spot welded, and caulked.) If air flow directional product is required, it must be stated on the PO and additional cost may be incurred. A raised lap seam and spot weld are used for attaching the collar to the body and no caulking is used. If caulking is required, additional cost may be incurred

Y Branches are now available in galvanized, aluminum, stainless and stainless+ with optional no. 4 finish. When ordering specify A, B, D.. All branches are priced by the large end A. Both B & D each must be at least 50% of A, with B or D being at least 80% of the opposite leg.

End Style: QF® (standard), Flange, Raw

Use formula above to determine if a reducer is needed at "B" and/or "D".
Flange Leg: Length= 4.5" AND Height= A+4"

If A-B or D desired in flange, add price or flange and denote by FL after dimension for which flange is needed.

On sizes above 24", "A" is flanged. Add the cost of flange if "B" or "D" require flanges.

3226 Double Branch

Double Branch, sometimes known as Duck Foot, comes available in standard 30° and optional 45°. All Nordfab duct branches are priced by the large end. Now available in galvanized, aluminum, stainless and stainless+ with optional no. 4 finish.

When ordering specify A, B, C, D.
(A-B) >= (B-C) And (B) >= (D)

*Note: Reducer at "B" or "D" may be required. Use formula above to determine.
