3DLevel Manager Software*
User-Friendly Inventory Measurement & Analysis
The 3DLevelScanner can measure the level, volume and mass of powder and bulk solid materials in almost any kind of container including large bins, bulk solids storage rooms and warehouses. It measures the material level at many points throughout the bin, and then calculates the volume and mass of powder and bulk solids.
Each 3DLevelScanner comes with the 3DLevel Manager software appropriate for the model purchased. The software is used to load individual bin parameters and information regarding the material being measured, to ensure that measurement data is accurate. The software displays measurement results and creates a historical log of measurements that can be used for analysis and inventory planning purposes. For the "M" and "MV" versions of the software, the 3DLevel Manager Software also creates a visual map of the physical surface of the material.
Mapping capability is ideal for bins where material fills the bin unevenly making the topography of the bin highly irregular – such as bins with multiple filling sites, very large bins, or for materials that tend to pile or clump. 3DLevelScanner is proven to perform even in extremely dusty environments, where other technologies have failed to work reliably. Plus, it is great for non-contact situations where you want to prevent the measurement device from touching the material such as foods or highly corrosive materials.

3D Multi-Scanner Controller
Each multi-scanner system requires a controller that is supplied with 3DVision software. The software
processes the measurement data recorded by each of the scanners in the multi-scanner system in
the silo, open bin, or warehouse. A special algorithm combines the data from the scanners in the
system and provides general vessel information as well as volume, minimum and maximum level,
distance and mass. When used with 3DLS-MVL/HT/TC models, the software also provides a 3D
visualization.
3D Link Pro
The 3DLinkPro allows for remote configuration of the 3DLevelScanner by providing a remote link with BinMaster’s engineering laboratory during the initial installation period allowing bin parameters to be loaded in the software and fine tuned for optimum scanner performance. The 3DLinkPro allows a BinMaster service technician to assist local personnel with service requests in real time by allowing for remote viewing of bin data and adjusting configuration settings.
The 3D LinkPro provides direct communication between BinMaster and the installation site to enhance customer service by allowing for easy software upgrades, remote analysis of data, diagnosis of system performance and system configuration. Software or firmware upgrades are easily downloaded when using a 3DLinkPro. Plus, the 3DLinkPro can also be used for a remote model upgrade of a unit from an M to an MV.

(12)The optional 3DLevelScanner neck extensions are used when it is necessary to lower the horn assembly of the scanner below obstacles, through a thick roof, or on a raised socket. The neck extensions are available in 2’, 4’, 6’, and 10’ lengths to allow the 3DLevelScanner to be effectively installed without any degradation in performance or the need for special structural alterations or adapters. The neck extension kits contain top and bottom stainless steel fittings, an extended connection cable, and either a galvanized or stainless steel pipe. If preferred, the customer can supply their own pipe. /Asset/3D Neck Extensions image.png
3DLevelScanner Mounting Plates
(14)For optimum performance, it is essential that the 3DLevelScanner is mounted level and securely on the roof of the vessel. To ensure proper and secure, stable mounting on concrete or steel bin structures, BinMaster offers a variety of mounting plates. For flat roofs, a 0° mild carbon steel mounting plate features a powder coated finish is 13.38" in diameter and has a 11.75" bolt hole circle for securing the scanner in place. The 0° mounting plate is also available in stainless steel for food grade or sanitary operations where stainless steel is required . For vessels with angled roofs, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20° and 30° mounting flanges are available. These must be ordered along with a 0° mounting plate. /Asset/Binmaster 3D level scanner mounting flanges.png
3D Angled Mounting Adapter
The 3D Angled Mounting Adapter allows for optimal coverage of the material surface of a bin. It allows for bin managers to utilize existing openings for mounting a 3DLevelScanner. The angle can be configured between 10° and 30°.This product is a unique solution for increasing inventory volume accuracy.
