C&W's Platinum Package offers the ultimate in Pulse Jet dust control technology even when using hot water. The platinum Package will include polyester filter media that prevents build up on the bags, thus extending their life and efficiency. When hot water or steam is used, hot vapors enter the dust collector and tend to cause the dust particles to moisten, creating a more adhesive property. This causes the particles to adhere to the filter media and create a hardened bond, which is more difficult to clean. The benefit of the polyester filters is the ease of cleaning due to their slick finish. The Pulse Jet technology and the special filter create a more efficient dust collector.
This technology, combined with improved engineering techniques, creates a synergistic effect providing outstanding performance. It is the most efficient dust collector on the market when handling moist air streams.
