BinView® Web-Based Bin Monitoring
(17)BinView is a Web-Based monitoring solution for bins, tanks and silos that enables remote wireless inventory management of bulk solids or liquids. The core components of the solution are SmartBob2, SmartBob-TS1, SmartSonic ultrasonic or SmartWave radar sensors mounted on the bins, a wireless or wired data communications network, a gateway to provide connectivity to a personal computer or IP network, and data collection software that can be accessed by any computer that has a connection to the Internet.
This solution provides real-time control as data streams instantaneously from BinMaster sensors to the Internet providing accurate, reliable bin information. BinView offers 24/7 monitoring and is live on the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week, streaming the most current inventory data or historical data to authorized users. Automated alerts immediately send email and cell phone alerts when bin conditions meet user-defined thresholds.
Wireless communications devices simplify and reduce installation costs with a wireless solution optimized for bin monitoring. Traditional wired networks can also be used. BinView is highly scaleable and is able monitor one or a hundred bins and grow as operations expand. Site mapping capabilities include a built-in visual mapping feature that shows tank types, locations and levels to streamline operations and optimize filling and emptying schedules.
BinView eliminates the need to manually check bin levels which saves time, money and manpower and improves the efficiency of ordering and logistics. Binventory Software
(7)
BINVENTORY™ is the new name for eBob™ Inventory Management Software. The advanced software platform is now not only compatible with SmartBob, but also a wide variety of BinMaster continuous level sensors or just about any sensor using the Modbus RTU protocol. Plus, BINVENTORY™ is a complete solution for managing the inventory of either solids or liquids contained in bins, tanks, or silos.
You need to real-time inventory data. The software sends data from your level sensors to a personal computer connected to your LAN, WAN, or VPN, which ensures it is secure. It collects data from up to 256 vessels and sends automated high and low level alerts, visualizes vessel levels, and generates usage reports. The multi-site feature supports any number of sites and vessels across the company regardless of location, so long as they are accessible via the company’s private network.
This powerful software works with a wide variety of sensors including the 3DLevelScanner, SmartBob cable-based sensors, ultrasonic, magnetostrictive, and pressure transducers used for level measurement. You can configure vessels of various shapes and sizes, including horizontal tanks, split silos, and non-linear tanks that can be difficult to configure and monitor. A simple wizard that contains drawings of each vessel type is easy to setup to ensure accurate results. For spot-on accuracy, bulk density properties and strapping tables can be entered for vessels containing solids, while specific gravity is entered for liquid tanks.
BINVENTORY™ software helps you effectively manage inventory levels without having to manually inspect and measure each vessel, saving valuable time while optimizing inventory turns and storage capacity. It is easy to use and requires no special training or support. Say goodbye to “making rounds” to obtain manual readings, while keeping your staff safe from climbing silos. BINVENTORY™ is a highly affordable inventory tracking system for any size operation.

Smartbob C-100 Control Console
(2)
The SmartBob2 Console is the easiest way to remotely initiate and view measurements from multiple SmartBob2 sensors. This compact, manually-operated console provides fast measurement readings from one up to 128 SmartBob remotes at a single location … with the push of a button. The SmartBob Console can be used alone or integrated into a network using eBob software. It provides basic, local control and monitoring of a single SmartBob remote or a network of up to 128 SmartBob remotes at a networked site.
The SmartBob Console is a valuable vessel management tool providing users access to a wealth of information. Individual bin parameters are programmed into the SmartBob Console and measurements are displayed as distance to product, height of product, percent full, and weight. The weight display function is derived using a Wizard type menu to estimate weight – calculated by entering vessel shape and dimensions, plus the product density in lb./ft3 or kg/m3. All bin parameters, last measurement data and all user settings are retained in the SmartBob Console memory, even the event of power loss.
For users who routinely utilize Modbus in their operations, BinMaster offers the Model C-100MB which is a compact control console that allows control of a SmartBob sensor network via a Modbus interface to simplify bin inventory management. SmartBob sensors are utilized to take automated measurements using cable-based technology and the C-100MB console then provides an interface for the Modbus master to initiate measurements, monitor measurement progress and retrieve data for any or all SmartBob sensors enabled in the C-100MB console. Remotely accessed via a Modbus interface, the C-100MB console makes it easy to control from 1 up to 120 SmartBob sensors with a few keystrokes or automatically through use of an interval timer or external start input signal.
Features:
• Back lit LCD graphics display accesses vessel data instantly
• Intuitive user interface makes it easy to configure the unit and retrieve data
• Display indicates status of the SmartBob sensor during the measurement cycle
• Six-button, membrane style external keypad for user control and operation

SmartBob Model WT or WL Wireless Transceiver
(5)
BinMaster's wireless transceiver eliminates the need for running long spans of communication cable between SmartBob remotes mounted high on the top of bins and the control source on the ground... whether it be a PC, an SmartBob control console, or a Remote Start Unit. It provides for two-way data communication and enables installations at challenging sites where running extensive cabling is expensive and unfeasible
It is a single-radio module appropriate for worldwide license-free operation, using a 900 MHz frequency hopping spectrum technology. It features low latency for real-time control and data communications. The wireless transceiver is flexible, supporting both RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces. It is available in both indoor and NEMA 4X models, making it suitable for a variety of storage, processing or manufacturing applications.
Smartbob Pipe Extensions
(5)The pipe extension is an optional feature that is attached to the SmartBob2 mount. The pipe extension keeps the sensor probe from being pulled up into a standpipe, functions as a bushing, and keeps the cable from fraying on sharp objects. It also functions to keep the sensor probe flush with the vessel top. The extension pipes are available in CPVC, galvanized, or stainless steel. They are available in custom lengths from 4 inches to 20 feet. /Asset/Binmaster pipe extension image.jpg
