A-05 Series Portable Form Vibrators from Houston Vibrator allow you to quickly and easily move pneumatic vibrators from one form to the next during production minimizing your cost and maximizing your productivity.  The A-05 Bracket is permanently attached to each location on your forms that requires vibration. The vibrator is then mounted on the form using the A-05 Wedge.  The Portable A-05 Wedge/Vibrator Assembly weighs 29 pounds at most, making it easy to move from one location to the next.  Assemblies are available with five different heavy-duty pneumatic vibrators to meet the needs of your application:

The FBR Series High Frequency Pneumatic Roller Vibrators from Houston Vibrator are ideal for vibrating concrete forms, refractory molds, and more—for better surface finishes FASTER!  FBR SERIES High Frequency Roller Vibrators are designed for permanent installations. Models FBR-6500 and FBR-2700 are bolted directly to the form or mold.  There are single and dual roller types in the FBR Series to suit a variety of applications. All models in the FBR Series feature a simple design and rugged construction to reduce the need for regular maintenance. There are only two moving parts –no bearings. Operation is simple - just supply clean, lubricated air by connecting your air hose to the male hose barb.

MODEL 42 WEDGE HEAD VIBRATOR: VIBCO Wedge Head Portable Vibrators - High impact vibratory energy facilitates the placement of concrete within intricately shaped forms. Available in 2” piston size. Uses UWF-Female brackets.  All VIBCO Piston Vibrators require lubricated air.

VIBCO features both the One Piece Design and the All Steel Models. The one piece housing makes the unit low in cost but still maintaining high quality and long life. The one piece design is the choice for general applications.

VIBCO’s steel units can take more abuse, operate longer with minimal lubrication, and have a longer life expectancy than the one piece design units. The all steel units should be used in continuous duty applications and where long life and high reliability is a must.

The portable CCL-200 uses the LC-2 lug bracket.  Its light weight makes it ideal for small concrete precast forms.  Model CCL-5000 with its 75dB rating is ideal for tables, casting concrete panels, window frames, etc. or for use on large bins.  CCL-7000 with its special turbine wheel for below OSHA operation - only 78dB and high force of 7000 lbs. and 7200 VPM - is ideal for concrete pipe, prestressed, and precast concrete industries.  No lubrication is necessary.  The oversized prelubricated bearings assure a long and maintenance free life.

VS Turbine Vibrators offer the feature of a BUILT-IN MUFFLER.  Ideal for rough applications or where moving machinery might damage external accessories.  Eight sizes with forces to 900 lbs. Popular for air material-conveying systems, medium size batch hoppers, etc.  Available in both aluminum and malleable castings.
