The Bray Gear Operator with Chainwheel is used to change valve positioning when the handwheel is not accessible, such as valves positioned high out of reach.
For heavy duty on-off and throttling service of 2"-48" (50mm-1200mm) valves, the Series 04 is self lubricated for smooth, trouble-free operation. The rugged, cast iron body with O-ring body seals is weatherproof to IP65. A self-locking worm and worm gear drive holds the valve in the desired position. Features include a readily accessible handwheel, a valve position indicator and mechanical travel stops which permit field adjustment of valve movement to specific degrees of rotation.
Flow-Tek’s FTG Series Manual Gear Operators were designed to handle the toughest applications and provide years of trouble free service and reliability. The FTG series gear operators feature a ductile iron housing, aluminum bronze gear segment, one piece steel worm gear input shaft with tapered roller bearings on both ends. Adjustable travel stops provide precise adjustment in both open and closed positions. Housings are sealed and weather-proof to fully isolate internal parts from atmospheric conditions.
Additionally all models include a corrosion resistant, high-visibility valve position indicator. All models are self-locking and hold any position. All FTG series operators are drilled and tapped to ISO 5211 mounting dimensions.
Output torque is available in range of 5,310 to 70,000 in-lb (600 to 7,900 Nm)

Flow-Tek’s SRH Series Spring Return (Deadman) Handles are manufactured from heavy duty SS components to withstand frequent daily use in refueling, sampling, drains, and other OSHA applications that require positive closure of a manual valve. Each SRH Handle has a locking device as standard to lock the valve in the preferred position. The SRH Handle is available in three sizes that mount directly to the rugged investment cast ISO 5211 mounting pads on compatible Flow-Tek full or standard port industrial ball valves.
All compatible Flow-Tek valves utilize live loaded packing which provides longer periods between packing adjustment and maintenance, reducing the need to remove the SRH handle for valve maintenance.
The Series 10 Handle Kit is designed for manual on/off and throttling service for quarter turn resilient seated butterfly valves ranging from 2" to 12". The powder-coated ductile iron handle kit includes: the handle with locking lever and a bolt on plate with notches at 10-degree increments. The notch plate also includes on/off stops to prevent over travel of the handle. Other available options include a multi-position notch plate, a 180 degree position notch plate, travel stop plate, padlock kit, kick handle, and a 2" square nut.
The Series 12 Handwheel Gear Operator Kit is designed for manual on/off and throttling service for quarter turn butterfly valves in sizes 2" and larger. The Series 12 is constructed with a heavy-duty epoxy powder coated cast iron housing, steel input shaft, ductile iron segment gear and grease fitting. It is completely self-lubricated and weatherproof. With the gear operator, the series 12 includes a valve positioner, heavy duty cast iron hand wheel and mechanical travel stops for field adjustment. Other available options are a chain wheel kit, padlock kit and a 2" square nut.
