The SmartBob2 Console is the easiest way to remotely initiate and view measurements from multiple SmartBob2 sensors. This compact, manually-operated console provides fast measurement readings from one up to 128 SmartBob remotes at a single location … with the push of a button. The SmartBob Console can be used alone or integrated into a network using eBob software. It provides basic, local control and monitoring of a single SmartBob remote or a network of up to 128 SmartBob remotes at a networked site.

The SmartBob Console is a valuable vessel management tool providing users access to a wealth of information. Individual bin parameters are programmed into the SmartBob Console and measurements are displayed as distance to product, height of product, percent full, and weight. The weight display function is derived using a Wizard type menu to estimate weight – calculated by entering vessel shape and dimensions, plus the product density in lb./ft3 or kg/m3. All bin parameters, last measurement data and all user settings are retained in the SmartBob Console memory, even the event of power loss.

For users who routinely utilize Modbus in their operations, BinMaster offers the Model C-100MB which is a compact control console that allows control of a SmartBob sensor network via a Modbus interface to simplify bin inventory management. SmartBob sensors are utilized to take automated measurements using cable-based technology and the C-100MB console then provides an interface for the Modbus master to initiate measurements, monitor measurement progress and retrieve data for any or all SmartBob sensors enabled in the C-100MB console. Remotely accessed via a Modbus interface, the C-100MB console makes it easy to control from 1 up to 120 SmartBob sensors with a few keystrokes or automatically through use of an interval timer or external start input signal.

Features:
• Back lit LCD graphics display accesses vessel data instantly
• Intuitive user interface makes it easy to configure the unit and retrieve data
• Display indicates status of the SmartBob sensor during the measurement cycle

C-100-MB Modbus Control Console
Model N/A C-100 N/A C-100-MB
Description N/A Control console for 1 to 128 bins, wall mount console with LCD display, NEMA 4X, 16 VAC or 24 VDC. Measurement formats can be displayed as headroom percentage, headroom height, headroom weight, product percentage, product height and product weight. Vessel Control console for 1 to 128 bins, wall mount console with LCD display, NEMA 4X, 16 VAC or 24 VDC. Measurement formats can be displayed as headroom percentage, headroom height, headroom weight, product percentage, product height and product weight. Vessel configuration and user settings are stored in non-volatile memory and will be retained during a power failure. The C-100 has one 4-20 mA output and remote start contact to provide a traditional interface to a PLC/DCS system for 1 SmartBob sensor. N/A Modbus control console allows Modbus serial masters to gather data from SmartBob2 or SmartBob-TS1 sensors. Modbus protocol is defined as a master/slave protocol, meaning a device operating as a master (the host PC or PLC controller) will poll the Modbus control console operating as a slave. The master will write data to the control console registers, as well as read the data from the control console registers
Type N/A NEMA 4X
Voltage N/A 16 VAC or 24 VDC
Manufacturer N/A BinMaster
