Stephens Radial Stackers are rated by the Concrete Plant Manufacturers Bureau and are guaranteed to meet required tons per hours based on the Bureaus criteria. Stephens conveyors are built extra heavy with 3" x 3" x ¾" angle for the main cords and the diagonal braces are constructed of 2-½" x 2-½" x 3/16" angle. A 4" x 4" x ¼" angle stiffener is located at pin location of all stacker up to 80’ in length and a full length stiffer is used on all conveyors over 90’. Head and tail supports are constructed of W10 x 22 beams with 6" channel and 2-½" angle stiffeners. The travel system is constructed of 12" x 6" x /2" rectangular structural tubing. New Tires and Electric brake is standard on the power travel. All shafts are tested and straightened; keyways are tested and gauged to confirm tolerances.
24" & 30" belts are 2ply. 36" belts are 3ply. 4" idlers are spaced on 4’ center and 10’ on returns. A Stephens’s model belt wiper is standard on each stacker. Optional walkways, pull cords, belt covers, starters, wire and dump hoppers are available.
