The MNU ultrasonic sensor is designed for liquid level monitoring in locations that do not require hazardous location approvals. The sensor is offered in a variety of ranges up to 40 feet. What makes it special is its compatibility with any Modbus controller or PLC with an RS-485 Modbus RTU ouput. This makes it a cinch to apply in any plant operation already using the Modbus protocol.
It's available with 1", 2" or 3" NPT mounting, making it adaptable to many types of tanks. Plus, it is extremely easy to set up using simple daisy-chain wiring or remote configuration via the Internet.The MNU can be used with the MND local display unit for on-the-spot monitoring. For anywhere, anytime inventory monitoring, the MNU is compatible with BinView remote monitoring for easy cloud access to your data.
