The Falcon is Stephens’ largest portable plant. The standard frame (in seismic zone 1) can support two 1000 BBL silos and up to 200 tons of aggregate. Models can be designed for any seismic area and aggregate storage up to 400 tons. The plant is standard with 15hp (240 gallon) compressor, 3” water meter and 30” transfer conveyor. The plant can easily be upgraded with larger compressor, weighed water and a 36” transfer conveyor. The plant can easily support an optional Stephens SOS central dust collector on the same frame.
