The Quick-Fit™ (QF) Clamp provides quick and easy connections for Nordfab’s XD Ducting system components which have QF rolled ends. The Quick-Fit™ (QF) Clamp provides quick and easy connections for Nordfab’s XD Ducting system components with QF ends. The Quick-Fit clamp-together system reduces industrial ductwork installation times by 50% when compared to flanged ducting.
Specify clamps with ePTFE seals for applications requiring higher temperatures (up to 600° F. Reference the QF Clamp Technical Data sheet for temperature range information so you can choose the best clamp for your application).
Clamps are provided with ePTFE gasket seals, placed in clamp, and a bridge pin for locking the clamp into the closed position.
8″ to 11″ Clamps: Large bridge pin with 1/2″ wide ePTFE seal from factory.
12″ to 24″ Clamps: Large bridge pin with 5/8″ wide ePTFE seal from factory.
Seals stocked in rolls of 100′.
