Aeration Components



Aeration products are used by our customers who store and move cement, fly ash, flour, lime, feed, pigments, chemicals, many other types of dry bulk materials.  Aeration Nozzles are used to fluidize fine powdery materials like cement, lime, and similar powders.  Bin Aeration Pads provide a means of introducing low pressure air into a finely ground dry bulk materials like lime, cement, carbon black, diatomaceous earth, flour, soda ash, gypsum, fly ash, pigments, soap powders, bentonite, bran, clay, cereals, Fuller’s earth, detergents, etc. that have become compacted due to settling in order to restore the material's natural ability to flow.  Vibrating Silo and Bin Aerators combine aeration with slight vibration on the silo or bin wall and are used for the improvement of mass flow with powders and granular materials like fly ash, cement, flour, lime, sands and salt as well as many other difficult granular or powder bulk solid materials and abrasive materials.  Swivel Jet Aerators are used for aerating bulk materials by allowing air to flow into the silo or bin and prevent materials from flowing back through the air lines.

Description
Zinc plated steel body with galvanized steel mesh and cotton diffuser. With brass nipple and lock nut, stainless steel spacer washers, and rubber sealing gasket. 3/4" Replacement Aeration Screen Fiberglass diffuser. With brass nipple and lock nut, stainless steel spacer washers, and rubber sealing gasket. Recommended when temperatures exceed 200°F (600°F max).
