Remote Safe-E-Stop
The Safe-E-Stop™ is a SIL 3 wireless emergency stop (e-stop) system that redefines safety protocols in industrial automation and material handling environments. Designed to eliminate the delays inherent in traditional hard-wired e-stop systems, Safe-E-Stop empowers individual and group operators to respond instantly to emergencies, enhancing safety and reducing risk.
Unlike conventional e-stop systems that require operators to move to a fixed station, the Safe-E-Stop is a personal safety device worn conveniently on a waist belt. This gives operators immediate access to a wireless emergency stop, no matter where they are located, reducing the reaction time to potential hazards and significantly lowering the risk of accidents. This system is particularly valuable in dynamic work environments where the operator’s position can change frequently.

Remote Safe-D-Stop
The Safe-D-Stop™ is a PL-d certified wireless emergency stop (e-stop) system meticulously engineered to enhance machine operators’ safety in various industrial settings. Designed to meet the specific demands of machine safety applications, Safe-D-Stop combines high visibility, advanced communication technology, and ease of use to create a robust safety solution that can be relied upon in critical moments.
The highly visible, illuminated stop switch ensures operators can quickly identify and activate the emergency stop, giving operators the confidence that the system is active and ready to respond. When paired with the CBMCU, the dual CANbus interface supports J1939, CANopen and CANopen Safety protocols.
Safe-D-Stop utilizes the CattronLink™ wireless programming tool for performance and feature updates. Black channel communication ensures the security of transmitted signals. Essential data and diagnostics are logged over Bluetooth, while wireless closed box configuration of frequency and function over Bluetooth allows for simple and rapid deployment of spare transmitters.
