Pneumatic Rotary BB Series Ball Vibrators
(6)The BB Series can be equipped with a muffler on the threaded exhaust port. The threaded exhaust also allows oily exhaust air to be piped away from the area of operation if absolute cleanliness is required. These dual mounting position vibrators are designed for applications requiring a small to medium amount of vibration, applications such as laboratory equipment, small hoppers, parts feeders, chutes and match plates. /Asset/Vibco_BB130_Pneumatic_Ball_Vibrator.jpg
Pneumatic Rotary BS Series Ball Vibrators
(4)
BS Series Ball Vibrators feature a single-bolt base and side inlet and exhaust ports. Force pounds range from 25-230 and vibrations per minutes range from 5,700 to 22,000 at pressures from 20-60 psi.
Pneumatic Rotary BV Series Ball Vibrators
(7)The BV Series, like other ball vibrators, require lubrication. These rugged vibrators will withstand continuous operation at high temperatures up to 350º by maintaining constant low pressure at 5 to 10 PSI through the unit when not in operation. The easily exchangeable ball races meeker them easy to repair providing prolonged life at a small cost. The top air outlet port allows discharged air to be silenced with a muffler or piped aware from the area of operation if absolute cleanliness is required. /Asset/Vibco_BV250_Pneumatic_Ball_Vibrator.jpg
Pneumatic Rotary CS Series Ball Vibrators
(3)
CS Series Ball Vibrators feature a two-bolt base and side inlet and exhaust ports. Ball diameters are from 19-35 millimeters. Force pounds range from 100-390. Vibrations per minute are from 5,300 to 14,000, at pressures from 20-60 psi.
Pneumatic Rotary DS Series Ball Vibrators
(2)
DS Series Ball Vibrators feature a four-bolt base and side inlet and exhaust ports. Ball diameter are from 41-51 millimeters. Force pounds range from 240-680. Vibrations per minute range from 3,100 to 4,400, at pressures from 20-60 psi.
Pneumatic Rotary K Series Ball Vibrators
(8)
The K Series Pneumatic Ball Vibrators are composed of a rustproof extruded aluminum body fitted with hardened steel races on which a steel ball rotates. Nylon end plates are located on either side to contain the ball and prevent the entry of dust and water, thus allowing the unit to be used in dusty or wet environments. Inlet and exhaust ports have standard pipe threads, allowing the exhaust air to be piped away if necessary. The K Series Models can be installed in areas with temperatures up to 212°F. Two pairs of mounting holes are provided for either vertical or horizontal mounting. K Series ball vibrators are small in overall size. Frequency and force can easily be regulated by adjusting the supply air pressure between 20 and 80 p.s.i. This ease of adjustment makes them extremely versatile when used for:
• Aiding material flow from bins and hoppers
• Preventing bottles and other small objects from clogging conveyor systems
• Compacting material in containers or molds
• Particle sizing on vibrating screens
Inlet Fitting and Exhaust Muffler are included with each K Series Vibrator.
Pneumatic Rotary S-Type Ball Vibrators
(8)
S-Type External Pneumatic Ball Vibrators develop frequencies of up to 35,000 RPM and they are used wherever powdery materials have to be moved. S-type Ball Vibrators are installed on bins to prevent bridging or rat holing, and for the improvement of material flow on chutes, screens and vibrating tables. S-type Ball Vibrators consist of an anodized aluminum body inside which a steel ball rotates on a specially hardened and ground steel ring. For operation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required. Maintenance-free; operating temperature from 32°F to 390°F; oil-free operation possible; high centrifugal force; low air consumption; standard ATEX II3D certified.
Pneumatic Rotary US Series Ball Vibrators
(5)
US Series Ball Vibrators feature a two-bolt base and top inlet and exhaust ports. The ball diameters are from 13 to 44 millimeters. Force pounds are from 45 to 600, the vibrations per minute are from 3,500 to 20,000, at pressures from 20 to 60 psi.
Pneumatic Rotary V Series Ball Vibrators
(8)
Compressed air drives a highly chrome-finished and hardened steel ball around a hardened, highly-ground and polished ball race at a high rate of speed to produce high frequency vibration. Ball vibrators require clean air and lubrication.
Pneumatic Rotary SK Series Light Ball Weight Vibrators
(7)
SK Series Vibrators are constructed of a high molecular composite material to be lightweight, rust resistant, and durable for tough applications. One-piece sealed construction makes the SK Series a great choice for installation in many harsh environments. The durable design and quality construction of the SK Series ensure reliable performance and long service life.
There are seven models available with force outputs up to 1000 lbs/force at 80 p.s.i. When installed in combination with a Houston Vibrator Lubro-Control Unit, Force and frequency of SK Series Vibrators can be adjusted by varying supply air pressure between 20 and 80 p.s.i.

(10)
H-Series Iron Body Ball Vibrators are available in two different mounting styles, and feature three different inlet/exhaust configurations. There are ten models to choose from in all.
Because of their various designs, these vibrators can be installed on many types of containers and machines.
Frequencies range from 2100 to 21,000 VPM, with forces to 800 pounds, depending on model and air pressure.
