High-Cycle Vibrators
The Wyco High Cycle Vibrator is designed to be powered off of electric power from 230 Volt electricity, allowing for uniform power from any three phase generator. The unit emphasizes a consistent speed output, allowing users to have uniform speeds throughout the form, regardless of the any load change. Square Head EZ Vibe Gas Powered Internal Concrete Vibrator
The EZ Vibe is a compact, portable hand-held vibrator equipped with a four stroke gas engine. EZ Vibe has no air hoses or electric cords to get tangled in the rebar or tie down. Applications include: footings, culverts, bridge decks, tilt-up walls, residential flatwork, and/or any other "hard-to-reach", remote concrete construction site jobs. It is also ideal as an emergency standby vibrator in case of power failure on the job site.

Square Head EZ Vibe ICF

The EZ Vibe is a compact, portable hand-held vibrator equipped with a four stroke gas engine. The EZ Vibe ICF is ideal when deeper forms need vibrating and electric power is not desired. The well balanced EZ vibe reduces fatigue and has many user friendly features such as a speed and runtime tachometer. The EZ Vibe has no air hoses or electric cords to get tangled in the rebar or tie downs. Applications include: Deep forms, such as basements, etc, as well as footings, culverts, bridge decks, tilt-up walls, residential flatwork, and/or any other "hard-to-reach", remote concrete construction site jobs. It is also ideal as an emergency standby vibrator in case of power failure on the job site. When compared to the EZ Vibe, the EZ Vibe ICF is capable of longer shafts, and does not contain the aluminum contour that keeps the unit away from the user. Unlike the standard EZ Vibe, the EZ Vibe ICF is designed to be used in deep, long forms, ideal for insulated concrete basements and residential applications.

ErgoPack Gas Powered Backpack Concrete Vibrator
The Wyco ErgoPack® is the only backpack vibrator on the market to offer an ergonomic design where the engine weight is properly supported by the operator’s hips. The ErgoPack improves overall job site productivity by delaying operator fatigue, discouraging injury-prone postures, and ultimately making a hard day's work just a little more comfortable.The Wyco backpack design provides for easy mobility around the jobsite and can allow one user to easily vibrate low to high slump concrete with up to a 2” head. A built in tachometer allows for quick reference of vibration speeds and allows users to take full advantage of the variable speed control to harness the most effective vibration for any mix. The Wyco Backpack is gear driven, rather than belt driven to eliminate the possibility of belt problems. Sure Speed Electric Vibrator
Wyco Tool’s energy efficient Sure Speed motor requires less power consumption by using only the energy necessary for job completion, produces less noise, and maintains a longer life span than competing motors. The Sure Speed produces uniform and repeatable vibration-every time. The user only needs one motor to power any shaft length and head size.
Sure Speed meets the highest safety standards in the industry. The units meets UL60745-2-12 Electrical Certification and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 for noise decibels. Its lightweight, ergonomic design minimizes labor hours and fatigue. A soft-start brush design provides for increased brush life.

The VMK-Series models are Viber® Electric Power Units, which connect to standard flexible shafts and vibrating heads for use in concrete construction. VMK Series power units utilize Universal-style 60Hz motors in 120V or 240V models. These powerful motors are capable of producing extremely high revolutions per minute (rpm) and rely on the resistance from the vibrating head to reduce the vibration frequency to the desired level. VMK Concrete Vibrators are available in three electric motor sizes to be compatible with a wide range of Vibrating Heads.
• VMK-1500 Models feature 120 Volt/10 Amp or 240 Volt/5 Amp motors and are compatible with small to medium Head sizes.
• VMK-2750 Models feature 120 Volt/15 Amp or 240 Volt/7.5 Amp motors and are compatible with medium to large Head sizes.
• VMK-3500 Models feature 120 Volt/20 Amp or 240 Volt/10 Amp motors and are compatible with medium to the largest Head sizes.

VN-VNP High Frequency Internal Concrete Vibrators and Converters
VN (OLI® Standard Line) and VNP (OLI® Professional Line) are Electric High Frequency Concrete Vibrators. The VNP Professional Line develops higher centrifugal forces and has a shaft that is equipped with four bearings (plus needle bearing) which makes this line suitable for extra-heavy-duty jobs. WP Pneumatic Internal Concrete Vibrator

The WP (formally BD) Pneumatic Concrete Vibrator series utilizes a built-in pneumatically driven motor which has only two moving parts, the vane and rotor. Compressed air is supplied to the vibrator through the air valve and inner hose. Air flows into the rotor, passes through the passage ways in the vane, back through the "air gap" on the rotor and outer holes in the rear flange. This activates the rotor and the vibrator begins to vibrate.
