The SMICO Flow Through Inline Sifter was designed to meet a growing demand for a compact, inline scalping sifter.    SMICO readily accepted the challenge and the Flow Through Sifter was born.  Since then, this compact, industrial sifter has been deployed on many, many bagging lines across the United States and abroad.   It features stainless steel product contact points as a standard feature with carbon steel structural elements.  SMICO recommends using this screen with mesh sizes between 3 and 10 mesh.  Other separation sizes may be possible depending your application.

In addition to its compact design, the Flow Through has a compact price.  This is a great option for any user who requires low volume, scalping of free flowing powders at an economical price.  In addition, this industrial sifter is easy for inexperienced operators to install and maintain.  It hangs from four cables in its standard configuration and is powered by a .25 HP vibratory motor.  Common challenges readily accepted by the Flow Through Sifter are cement, sugar, flour, chemicals, and much more!

SMICO Round Sifters use a special motion created by a patented motor to achieve their low impact sifting action.  While not as efficient as traditional brute force vibrating screens, the circular sifter features compact sifting and is ideal for spaces where inline sifting is required.  Each circular screener is custom assembled from our wide array of options, to match your particular requirements.

The SMICO Screenette is a low cost, low capacity lab sifter which is shipped completely assembled and ready to use.   It is available in carbon steel, or stainless steel.  It carries one screen deck with convenient hook type screen mounting for easy cleaning and maintenance.  The Screenette is an ideal selection for food and pharmaceutical labs, pilot plants and other low volume applications where a low cost, screening solution is needed.

It features an open top and oversize discharge.  Fines exit through a thimble in the bottom hopper. The angle can be readily changed by moving the hanging spring from one mounting hole to another.  It is available in carbon steel, or stainless steel in sizes of 1'x 2' or 18" x 4'.  The vibrating motor has several stroke adjustments and mounts under the screener.  If you want professional material screening or cleaning in a smaller size and price, look no further.  Aggregate labs might benefit from our Fractionator Sieve Shaker.
