The BB Bolt-Bite clamping mount system allows quick attachment and detachment to a bin discharge, hopper knocker rail or concrete mold frame for a portable vibration solution without welded female bracket.  Four vibrator options are available and interchangeable: our Turbomite CVT-80, Vibra-Ball VBB-80, Spring Activated 1-1/4" SA-EP and 1-1/4" SAM. CLR/RR Series Rotary Pneumatic Railcar Vibrators produce high frequency vibration for unloading materials such as lime or other materials that tend to clump. With high force and high frequency, the CLR/RR Series is an excellent choice when fast unloading is necessary and not obtainable with linear vibrators.

These durable vibrators feature heavy ductile iron castings and very few internal parts. CLR/RR Vibrators are available in two mounting styles: Wedge type to fit standard dovetail brackets and Bite-Clamp type to attach to sills.

The R/R Style features a universal wedge head mount to fit standard dovetail brackets on hopper-bottom railcars.

In VIBCO’s MODEL SVRWS “SILENT” units, 80-85 dB, the rotor in this bearing-less vibrator spins silently around the shaft instead of spinning and noisily hitting the shaft as in conventional units. In VIBCO’s units the exhausting air is also forced through a muffler pad and back over the rotor, further dampening any noise from exhausting air.  The patented air saver design will save air because all the air is not exhausted with every cycle, making them “start every time".  The patented “wear plate” design will prevent end plate wear and cut down on costly maintenance, loss of power, and premature failure.

Most frequently used in unloading compacted material in railcar hoppers, VMRR air piston portable vibrators eliminate the hazards and time associated with climbing around railroad cars to dislodge material. Models 1300, 1350 and 1400 fit our LSRR-FL brackets, which are the standard size found on railcars.  Model 1200 is a smaller version frequently used as a portable vibrator for plant bins and hoppers, concrete molds and refractories with the LSRR-FS bracket.
