Libra Overhead Loadout
Are you loading with precision and accuracy?Better management of the loadout process facilitates the smooth scheduling of deliveries, which in turn allows plants to gain better control of their inventories and reduce costs. Libra Overhead Loadout helps producers manage reduce overhead and increase efficiency by delivering unmatched accuracy.
- Single or double load out systems
- Fully graphical interface
- Loadout diagnostics and ticket printing
- Silo inventory level display
- Create custom fields for any record
- On-screen database changes
- Configurable export to ERP
- NIST Compliance
The Libra Overhead Loadout system controls, tracks, and monitors all truck loading functions in your operation. Simultaneously operate two or more silos at one time to improve production volume and interface with scale and production systems to boost efficiencies.
Designed with the User in MindThe Libra Overhead Loadout system is designed with an easy-to-use, point-and-click operating interface presented within an ergonomic screen layout, as well as graphic depictions of silo levels to simplify inventory management.
Know Safety, No AccidentsEnhance driver and vehicle safety and prevent loss of materials by combining Loadout with our Silo Safety System. Add redundancy with infrared sensors and stand alone visual display that ensures silos are only opened when vehicles are appropriately placed.
Connect Production Back to the OfficeEasily feed data with integration to the Libra Enterprise Information Server (EIS) to automatically upload plant transactions into the main office. The system features a bi-directional interface with various accounting software and serves as a central database so that customer, job, and product information is managed at the office.
Libra Asphalt Drum Controls
Ready to Improve Plant Efficiency?Let Libra Asphalt Drum Controls “watch” your plant all the time, alarming the operator of potential issues before they become full-scale problems or notifying of preventive maintenance windows to prevent plant downtime. Enjoy a complete visualized approach to monitoring your plant at all times.
- Fully Graphic Operator Interface
- Instantaneous production rate changes
- Adaptability for retrofit or total plant control of nearly any plant
- Multiple calibrations per bin
- Use for total plant control or manual blending
- Customized IO controls
- Integrated management dashboards
The Libra Asphalt Drum Control System features a fully graphic operator interface to provide complete plant status and a slew of reports so that you are always aware of what is going on across your operations. The system’s configurable design allows the producer to create custom software switches, generate reports, and adapt to the current and future plant control requirements.
Keeping You in Perfect ControlAutomatic AC tank switching controls all fill, return, and supply valves, as well as the AC pump and truck unloading. Tank levels are also monitored, including critical limits. Dynamic, color-coded graphics provide at-a-glance status pertaining to valve changes, material flow, tank levels, temperatures, interlocks, and any alarm conditions that require the operator’s attention. Manual control of heaters, agitators, etc. can be turned on and off through the software.
Improve Plant UptimeLibra Asphalt Drum Controls monitor motor currents and plant parameters to optimize efficiencies and allow predictive maintenance before failures take down the plant. Delays and timing are displayed over a graphic representation of material flow and plant layout, helping to prevent errors and misinterpretation.
The Information You Need, Delivered Straight to Your DeskEffectively managing multiple asphalt plant facilities often requires numerous phone calls, texts, and countless hours behind the windshield. Libra Asphalt Drum Controls can easily interface with the Enterprise Information Server to minimize the time spent on these tasks by bringing real-time and historical production data directly to the office.
