With the versatile Smart System, users can view and monitor individual vibrator speeds at a moment’s notice with up to 32 individual vibrator speeds per screen. Mounting and changing vibrators is simple with the integrated Claw Clamp that allows for one-person removal and installation, potentially reducing labor costs. Provides Continuous Vibrator Monitoring During Paving Operation. The smart paving system monitors each vibrator’s speed simultaneously from one main screen. Capable of capturing speeds from up to 32 vibrators per screen, this unit accommodates large paving jobs without the need for multiple screens. With DOT spec approval and detailed recording, the process of monitoring your job has never been easier.
