Argonics’ polyurethane skirting started the trend toward polyurethane as a skirt solution. Our polyurethane skirting fits into any other manufacturers’ existing skirt clamping systems on the market today, making it a snap to replace your old skirts.
Our skirting is available in a variety of widths and thicknesses and in lengths up to 50’. You can order our skirting with 35° beveled edges or a straight edge. The beveled edge provides an even greater advantage as it already matches the troughing angle of your belt, eliminating the “break-in” adjustment.
KS01 is available in 4", 5", 6", 8", 9", 10" and 12" widths, with thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 2", and lengths up to 50'. You can also order KS01 with beveled or straight edges, providing an even greater seal of confinement of materials to the belt.

Snap-Loc Dust Seal
Snap-Loc is the standard for dust containment skirting. This straight-forward, no-nonsense design for dust control snaps into standard unistrut railing that can be bolted or welded into place.
A single pin at the tail end of the conveyor holds the skirting in place and the natural travel of the conveyor belt tensions the skirting, keeping it from bunching or binding along the length of the belt. Snap-Loc's seal to the belt is self-adjusting, so there is no need to readjust the skirting, saving you hours in maintenance costs.

Fold-n-Seal
If you’re looking for a quality multi-sealing conveyor skirting solution that isn’t hard on your budget, look no further: Fold-n-Seal is your answer.
Fold-n-Seal gives you the best of both worlds: material and dust containment in one unique solution. The primary seal keeps the material where it should be – on the belt. The secondary seal keeps dust and particulate material under control. Fold-n-Seal works with 0°, 20°, 35° and 45° trough angles.
Made with Argonics’ high performance Kryptane polyurethane, Fold-n-Seal will outlast rubber dual seals an average of five-to-one. Fold-n-Seal is available wih Argonics’ easy-to-use Wedge-Loc clamping system and is designed to work with almost all existing skirtboard clamping systems on the market.

Load Zone Containment Skirting
Designed to do one thing and to do it well: contain material at the transfer points on your belt line. Extra-rugged reinforced design with 1/4″ steel insert.
Containment skirting comes with polyurethane Snap-Tite plugs which cover the mounting slots in the skirting and prevent material build-up.
Available with either a straight or 20° beveled edge, in 60″ and 96″ lengths. Varying heights and thicknesses available.

Wedge-Loc Clamp
Wedge-Loc is designed to be easy to install and adjust. Simply stitch weld or bolt into place, install your skirting, drop it to the belt, then knock the wedges to lock it down. Use Wedge-Loc to replace your old busted or worn-out clamping systems and install your choice of skirting: Fold-n-Seal or KS01.
Wedge-Loc railing is built tough! The frame is made of 12-gauge galvanized steel and the clamping utilizes a stainless steel-to-brass thread contact, coupled with a cast aluminum wedge to ensure continuous operation in the most corrosive and abusive environments. /Asset/Argonics wedgelock clamp image.jpg
Duo Seal Skirting
Material and dust containment in one solution
Duo Seal fits in most manufacturers’ clamping systems, including our Wedge-Loc clamp.
Unlike other products currently on the market, Duo Seal is made completely out of our Kryptane® polyurethane. Urethane skirting has 8-10 times the wear life over rubber, and 60 percent lower coefficient of friction, which reduces drag on the conveyor motor. It’s also more lightweight and will not groove your conveyor belt.
Due to its more compact, smaller footprint, Duo Seal requires less belt on the outside of the conveyor in order to install it.
The rounded primary seal will work with any trough angle, and the flexible secondary seal conforms to the belt to keep dust and material under control.
