Wintech’s four roller directional fairleads are
designed to direct cables at angles up to 45 degrees
from the load. Assembly configurations can be
customized to suit your application.

Wintech’s double sheave fairleads are designed for
mooring or load moving applications where the
cable exit angle changes with varied conditions.

Wintech horizontal deflector sheave fairleads are
designed to assist in directing wire rope from the
winch to the load. Standard fairleads have heavy
duty construction and are designed for long life in
severe duty applications. Custom configurations
are available to suit unique rigging challenges.

designed to assist in directing wire rope from the

Wintech’s 90 Degree Quadrant Fairleads are designed to deflect cable requiring a large radius where space
may be limited. Mutliple sheaves form a large radius reducing cable fatigue.

Wintech swivel directional flag blocks are designed
for floor or wall mounting. The fairlead pivots +/-
80 degrees from vertical, allowing varying wire rope
angles to the load. Blocks can be customized to suit
your application.

Wintech self aligning roller chocks are designed to
accomodate various wire rope angles to the load.
They are ideal for face and wing rigging on barges
as the sheave pivots up and down to accomodate
both empty and loaded barges. The self fleeting
design results in reduced wear on both wire rope
and sheaves.

Wintech Model RB-12-SYN 12” Synthetic Roller
Button is designed for use with synthetic ropes on
towing and various other marine applications.

Note: The safe working load is based on a factor of safety of 4:1 of the ultimate capacity. If a higher factor is required the
safe working load must be lowered accordingly. Snatch block sheaves are filtered with tapered roller bearings.
