OR-type External Pneumatic Roller Vibrators consist of a steel roller wheel inside a cast iron race. They are especially suitable for cleaning, compacting, molding, screening, as well as for high temperatures < 390°F. In OR Roller Vibrators, vibration is generated by a rotor which describes an eccentric movement inside a steel race. OR Roller Vibrators generate very high frequencies and centrifugal forces with low consumption as compared to the force given. For activation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required. OR Roller Vibrators are used on bins and hoppers to avoid bridging or rat holing, as flow aids, as well as for screening, compacting, sorting, dissolving and cleaning applications. Available in four different sizes; maximum operating temperature of 390° F; oil-free operation possible; great acceleration; high centrifugal force; low air consumption; maintenance-free; standard ATEX II3D certified.
