Features:

• Diagnose alarm condition and location in less than 10 seconds via the touch screen
• Real time trending and data feedback to a PLC and external network
• Monitors shaft speed, belt alignment, bearing temperature, and other critical safety devices
• Electro-Sentry speed and temperature sensors provide a 4-20 mA signal for reliability, accuracy, and direct interface to PLC

The Electro-Sentry is a multi-leg system commonly used on grain elevator equipment to monitor critical points for shaft slowdown, belt alignment, and bearing temperature as part of a predictive maintenance program to protect against catastrophic breakdowns and machinery failure resulting in product waste, machinery damage and process downtime.

The Command Center is a touch screen display (HMI) and PLC for use with the Electro-Sentry Hazard Monitoring System. The Command Center can accept sensor inputs from up to 10 elevator legs combining shaft speed, belt alignment, and bearing temperature measurement all into a single solution. The system is straightforward and simple to use, allowing even an inexperienced operator to diagnose an alarm condition and location in under 10 seconds. Real time trending and direct sensor connection to the PLC ensures no delay in diagnosing and remedying any fault conditions as they occur. The Command Center can be scaled up or down very easily and utilizes standard 4-20 mA sensors making it immune to electrical noise and straightforward to set up, operate, and troubleshoot.

PLC and Touch Screen (HMI) - Command Center
The Command Center is installed in a NEMA 12 enclosure and includes the following hardware: MicroLogix 1500 PLC, and Panel View Plus 1000 Interface (HMI).
