-PLAN S.r.l supplies carousel plants with industrial production system and associated phases for 5 different types of wall panels. Produc-tion capacity of carousel plants is from 600 m2 to 3.000 m2 per day with 10 minutes per mould cycle time. Moulds with automatic system to change panel dimensions with shutters on board

-Moulds with mechanized system to chan-ge panel dimensions. 

-Automatic casting machine, fast and quite for panel casting with no vibration in mould, but vibrating the concrete directly. Only one opera-tor on board is required.

-Machine for the 1° layer (grey or face-mixed concrete )    
 
-Machine for the 2° layer (grey concrete) 
 
-Curing chambers with frontal system of mould positioning to select the position of mould
