Item: Triple-Shaft Horizontal Screener

The SMICO Triple Shaft, Horizontal Screen uses three, geared drive shafts to create an oval shaped motion.  This motion has proven to be ideal for applications which demand accurate sizing at high volumes.  In addition to the industry standard features, SMICO has taken this design and added some unique features which offer our users even more value.  One of the most notable is the inclusion of individual oil chambers.  This keeps oil from being contaminated by metal shards during an oil or gear failure.

The Triple Shaft, Horizontal Screener is Perfect for Mobile Plant Applications!

In addition, to heavy duty construction and innovations like the separated oil chambers, SMICO can customize our design to create a unique footprint to allow users to easily retrofit our screen to their existing mobile plant.  Consult one of our trained sales staff to find out how the triple shaft horizontal screener can increase your production capabilities.  If your application requires a dewatering screen SMICO has a variety of models to suit your particular needs!
